Samantha Lewis, known to everyone as Sam, serves as the Assistant Property Manager at The Groves at 421 and STR/MTR Manager for Ann Milton Furnished Rentals. Born in Germany and raised in a military family, Sam has lived in many different places, giving her a personal understanding of how meaningful it is to find the right home. Organized, creative, and attentive to detail, she enjoys meeting prospective residents, connecting with current residents, and helping daily operations run smoothly both in front of and behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Sam loves photography, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her two teens and pets.
