When selling our home, we experienced some bumps in the road on our end - the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world just after we listed our house and Randy was there to offer guidance, support, contacts, etc. This was new for all of us! Excellent communication at all times during the entire process – helpful advice, encouraging feedback, process steps and/or to-do’s – and – would even call us to check-in to see how we were doing! I inundated him with questions during the entire process and he remained very patient with me, answered every question and concern I had with great detail and never made me feel insecure or ignorant about the sale process. I rented a house from the Vistas Subdivision a while back and had a great experience with the whole office staff. They were always very helpful when I had an issue such as a repair or general questions about the house. One thing that set them aside from the rest was the fact they had such a knowledge of the entire area and the surrounding cities. Moving from out of state, I was able to find the best restaurants and activities in the area from their helpful staff. Draqe my Property Manager was always kind on the phone as well. I have referred this group to personal friends and would to anyone looking for a property in the area.

We found and picked Ann Milton's Realty based on her high reviews. We were not disappointed!! Ann and Lindsey did a fabulous job selling our house. Our house had been with another realty company that we had used for years to manage our house. We fired them after almost being on the market for sale and had only 3 showings!! They were awful. We hired Ann Milton and we received 200 percent improvement with service. Her and Lindsey were always available and always willing to get our answers. The had so many more showings on our home and had an offer on around 75 days! and that was over the winter. We really appreciated how great they were especially since we are a military family and we out of state for the entire sale. We just wished we had them sooner to manage our house when it was a rental and to sell it to begin with. We would have definitely saved money if we had them from the beginning. We totally recommend them!!
