Hello! My name is Jen Chaney and I am delighted that I will be pursuing my real estate profession with Ann Milton Realty.

My family made a move with the military from the West Coast to the East Coast in 2014, also transitioning from city life to country living where we’ve enjoyed absorbing the culture and the Southern hospitality.

After spending time assisting in real estate law, my desire to become an agent was fulfilled. I understand the stresses of moving a family across the country to unfamiliar territory; it is my goal and a pleasure to work with and educate clients and customers alike to make that transition smoother.

I am dedicated to helping clients sell and find that perfect home in Lee and Harnett County, the Triangle, and Fort BRAGG areas.
